Refund policy

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other circumstances where the product has been correctly made and delivered as ordered.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Anima Infinita Studio within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and its packaging. I will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please contact me before returning any items. Thank you.

This policy does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, so cancellation requests are accepted within the following time-frames:

Print-on-Demand Products

Print products are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party printing partner.

Cancellation requests for print-on-demand products must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24-hour period, your order may have entered production and can no longer be cancelled under our standard cancellation policy.

Products Fulfilled by Anima Infinita Studio

For physical products that are fulfilled and shipped directly by Anima Infinita Studio, cancellation requests may be submitted at any time before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled under our standard cancellation policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Anima Infinita Studio as soon as possible at animainfinitastudio@gmail.com and include your order number.

If your cancellation request is received within the applicable cancellation period and the order has not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled and any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
