Anima Infinita Studio is an online shop operated by Anima Infinita Art & Wellness Studio. By purchasing artwork, commissions, intuitive readings, or any other offerings from Anima Infinita Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Handmade Artwork & Creative Process
Each piece created through Anima Infinita Studio is made with care, intention, and artistic consideration. Because my artwork is handmade and often created as a unique, one-of-a-kind piece, slight variations in colour, texture, composition, and materials are a natural part of the creative process.
These variations are not considered defects, but rather part of the individuality and character of an original handmade artwork.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of the control of Anima Infinita Studio.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Anima Infinita Studio is not responsible for delays, returned packages due to incorrect addresses, or packages that are lost or stolen.
Anima Infinita Studio is not responsible for any duties or import taxes.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you in locating your order.

Processing Times
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Many orders may be completed sooner; however, this time-frame allows adequate time for creating, preparing, packaging, and shipping your artwork with care.
*Custom commissions may require additional time.*
Print-on-Demand Products
Prints and other designated print products are made to order and are produced and fulfilled by a third-party printing partner.
Because these products are created specifically for each order, they are not stocked or held as inventory by Anima Infinita Studio.
Print-on-demand products may be shipped separately from other items in your order and may arrive at a different time.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other circumstances where the product has been correctly made and delivered as ordered.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Anima Infinita Studio within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and its packaging. I will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

This policy does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, so cancellation requests are accepted within the following time-frames:
Print-on-Demand Products
Print products are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party printing partner.
Cancellation requests for print-on-demand products must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24-hour period, your order may have entered production and can no longer be cancelled under our standard cancellation policy.
Products Fulfilled by Anima Infinita Studio
For physical products that are fulfilled and shipped directly by Anima Infinita Studio, cancellation requests may be submitted at any time before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled under our standard cancellation policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Anima Infinita Studio as soon as possible at animainfinitastudio@gmail.com and include your order number.
If your cancellation request is received within the applicable cancellation period and the order has not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled and any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
This policy does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Commissioned Artwork
Commissioned artwork is created specifically for each individual client. Because of the personalized nature of commissions, cancellations cannot be accepted once the creative process has begun.
When submitting reference images or inspiration materials, customers confirm that they have permission to use any images provided.
Commission clients acknowledge that the final artwork will be created in the artist’s unique style. While preferences, themes, colours, and intentions can be discussed, the final creative decisions remain with the artist.
Minor variations from reference images are expected and are part of the artistic process.
Intuitive Artwork & Readings Disclaimer
Intuitive artwork, intuitive readings, and related offerings from Anima Infinita Studio are intended for personal reflection, creativity, mindfulness, meditation, and self-exploration.
These offerings are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
The insights provided through intuitive readings are offered as creative and reflective tools. Clients are encouraged to use their own personal judgment and discernment when interpreting and applying any insights.
Digital Products & Intuitive Readings
Digital products, including pre-recorded intuitive readings, digital artwork, and downloadable materials, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once they have been provided.
Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout so that digital products can be delivered successfully.
Colour & Display Disclaimer
Colours may appear slightly different depending on individual monitor, device settings, lighting conditions, and screen displays.
While every effort is made to accurately photograph and represent artwork, slight differences between digital images and the physical artwork may occur.
Copyright & Artwork Usage
Purchasing an original artwork or commissioned piece does not transfer copyright ownership.
Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, altered, or used commercially without permission from Anima Infinita Art & Wellness Studio.
Privacy
Customer information is collected only for the purpose of processing orders, communicating about purchases, and providing requested services.
Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except when necessary to complete transactions, process payments, or fulfill shipping requirements.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through Anima Infinita Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
