Shipping policy
Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of the control of Anima Infinita Studio.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Anima Infinita Studio is not responsible for delays, returned packages due to incorrect addresses, or packages that are lost or stolen.
Anima Infinita Studio is not responsible for any duties or import taxes.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you in locating your order.

Processing Times
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Many orders may be completed sooner; however, this time-frame allows adequate time for creating, preparing, packaging, and shipping your artwork with care.

Print-on-Demand Products
Prints and other designated print products are made to order and are produced and fulfilled by a third-party printing partner.
Because these products are created specifically for each order, they are not stocked or held as inventory by Anima Infinita Studio.
Print-on-demand products may be shipped separately from other items in your order and may arrive at a different time.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other circumstances where the product has been correctly made and delivered as ordered.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Anima Infinita Studio within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and its packaging. I will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
